Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Aiimii.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law. By using Aiimii you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and PAIROA LTD ("PAIROA", "we", "us").

2. The Service

Aiimii is an AI-assisted social application that helps you find people based on what you write you are looking for and what you offer, and reveals a match only when it is mutual. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will receive any matches, that any match will be suitable, accurate, safe or successful, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, maintain the security of your account and credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You may hold only one account. You are responsible for your use of the Service.

4. Community rules & acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to or allow others to:

• harass, threaten, defame, stalk, abuse, or harm any person, or promote hatred or discrimination;
• post or share content that is unlawful, sexually exploitative, involves minors, is fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age or affiliation;
• solicit money, send spam, advertise, recruit, or use the Service for any commercial or illegal purpose;
• collect or harvest other users' data, or contact users off-platform without consent for prohibited purposes;
• upload malware, interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent any security or technical feature of the Service.

We may, in our sole discretion and without liability, review, moderate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms or pose a risk to others.

5. Your content and licence to us

You retain ownership of the content you create and share ("User Content"). You grant PAIROA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and reformat (including via AI for the purposes of operating the Service), translate, display and distribute your User Content as necessary to provide, secure, moderate and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law or third-party right. We are not obligated to store or return your User Content, and may remove it at any time.

6. AI features

The Service uses AI to assist with writing, structuring, matching and moderation. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided without warranty. You are responsible for what you choose to publish or send. AI-assisted content is identified where required by law.

7. Safety — important

PAIROA does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification of users beyond any limited measures expressly described in the Service. We do not vouch for, and are not responsible for, the conduct, identity, statements, or content of any user, whether online or offline. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other people. You agree to exercise caution and good judgement, to keep personal and financial information private, to meet in safe public places, and to comply with all applicable laws. Any meeting or interaction with another user is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be secure, available, or free of errors, viruses or harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAIROA, its directors, officers, employees, agents and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or for any personal injury, emotional distress, or harm arising from the acts or omissions of any user or third party, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your non-excludable statutory consumer rights). If you are a consumer, you have mandatory legal rights that these Terms do not affect.

10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PAIROA and its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your User Content; (b) your use of or conduct on the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for any breach of these Terms or risk to others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 7–10, 13–14) survive.

12. Third-party services and app stores

The Service may rely on third-party services and is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use is also subject to the applicable store's terms. Where you obtain the app from Apple: these Terms are between you and PAIROA (not Apple); Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app; Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims relating to the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant embargo and are not on a prohibited-party list.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from the mandatory protections and competent courts of your country of residence.

14. Changes; general

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified by reasonable means and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PAIROA regarding the Service.
